hi ashima, u can go for some graduate diploma or PG diploma courses in NZ which r on 1 year duration. After pursuing that, you can get a job search visa for 1 year which can be later converted to PR once you get a job there.

There are plenty of options, I would suggest you to go for any diploma programmes in NZ, after sucessfull completion of it there is one year open work permit followed by 2 year study to work visa...
