Please guide me choosing proper IT job profile?(which must act helpful in MS)also guide me which MS field i should go to have bright future?

I did diploma n BE in information technology 2013 passout.i hv planed to work this year n than pursue my masters in US.however m confused to choose the IT field.& m interested in choosing that field wch has safe secure future wch has good jobs n money.:)
