Its good that you have decided to do enginneering in computer science. With Indian IT industry growing its a good option available to students.
For deciding the best college of engineering, you should always try to visit the college to see and rate the college on the following criterion.

to get admission in engineering college of Delhi you have to clear IP University CET and to get admission in DTU and NSIT your AIEEE Rank must be very high With in 8000-10,000. Else Strictly there is no chance for you in Delhi . you can try in NOIDA , GURGAON Region.
