Please help me as soon as possible.i want to know about the career prospects after studing medicine in japan.please help

I want to do undergrad study from japan.however they offer medicine or dentistry and i dont know abt the CAREER PROSPECTS after studing it in japan and what is it equivalent tois it equivalent to MBBS or BDS course that we do in india.or is it better,wat does it include,wat can 1 do after studin it
