Hi Heena,
It would be difficult to get an Institute providing Masters or MBA in Aviation. Few names which I could suggest are Amity, UPES, etc. Aviation and related programmes comes under the category of vocational subjects you would more easily find Institutes giving Diploma or PG Diploma Programm
