MBA is a master's course so to pursue this you must be graduated first and an entrance exam is also conducted for the admission to the course in premier college I. e. CAT exam If you get qualified you will be eligible for interview to the admission in IIM Its a course of master in business administration Here you'll learn various skills how to manage a company by pursuing you can be directly a HR in a multinational company. Placements differ from college to college You may prepare accordingly.
