Sir, at the very outset i would like to state that LLB is not offered in distance education/part time and if any so called institute offers the same please please please confirm with the University Grants Commission and also with the BAR COUNCIL OF INDIA

Dear as per the rules of the Bar Council of India distance LLB is not valid for doing practice in the courts so for this you have to choose a regular LLB to be an advocate. You can choose distance LLB only to get the knowledge of the legal system in India

Subir, I doubt if LLB can really be done through distance learning. So I would request you to ensure this from a university which is into regular mode of education and also from open universities such as IGNOU.
