Please provide me with some top govt colleges for bjmc around delhi.

I had 93% in cbse board and I'm too confused to come to a particular college for bjmc .I live in jaipur and want a college around Delhi,mumbai, preferablly delhi. I have good communication skills and 1 national and 1 central region certificates for debate as for third position in both !
