I am now work in as facility management,I am doing shift duties,thats effected on my health?what course should ido for getting manager post or atlist fix timeing duties I want.

You have not mentioned your qualification but seems you have passed Xth. If you have passed Xth, I suggest you to complete XIIth instead of going for Poly-technique diploma because after XIIth there will be choices.
