Please suggest me colleges for b.tech in Jaipur and kota in mechanical branch . I got 58% marks in 12th by Maharashtra board .

To get admission in a good college in Jaipur and Kota, class 12th marks doesn't matter but JEE Mains marks matter. If you score good marks in JEE Mains, you will get JECRC, Jaipur because JECRC is the best option for mechanical branch.
