    Hello Rupali,
Generally, the extempore topics are not very tough. The topics range from something very personal like hobbies, academic background, a particular or recent incident, a common saying or proverb or an issue of current affair.
Few topics asked last year: Should the budget for defence be cut-off or should it increase?, Comment on current Indian Politics, Love marriage vs Arrange marriage, Guns vs Rose, Comment on Bleed Blue, etc. are few topics asked for essay and same topic is to be discussed in extempore.
Good luck and hope my answer will suffice your query.
