Please suggest to me which one of these viz hardware or networking or red hat or software course is a job oriented course now aday.

I would suggest you to go for software courses from NIIT which are job oriented. They also conduct job fairs. From job market point of view, networking has huge scope. The jobs may range from network administrator to network programmers.
