Please suggest what will be a better option for a Medical Coder in MNC. Healthcare or Executive MBA? Had Diploma MLT & Zoo Hons degree.

I have done 2yrs Diploma in MLT & Zoo hons & currently working as a Medical Coder in a MNC. Have worked as Lab technologist in past. Confused within Healthcare & Excetive MBA. Whats the diffrence & which will be a better option. Also suggest the various institues offering this through correspondence
