    You're eligible under UPSEE or AIEEE ?
    Online Counseling is to start separately for both but in parallel.
    The schedule for online application & counselling for are:
    1. Application : 28th June 2012 to 2nd July 2012
    2. Counselling : 5th & 6th July 2012
    The counseling facility is available at various colleges/centers which are available in the file you will get from below link (along with complete schedule details).
    The complete procedure of counseling is present in the below pdf file, like registration DD of 500 Rs, documents to be carried, etc:
