Please tell me Can i do part time M.Tech as well as B.A Psychlogy with a government service period ? is it legal in regard my govt job

I am B.tech Mech & 27 years old. Currently i am in govt. teaching profession. I want to do M.tech Part Time as well as B.A psychology distance learning simultaneously along with my current govt, job. Is it legal in regard govt. job.....? is both degree will be equally valid in carrer front...?

No it is not permitted. Without permission of government you can not do any course.while two course in same time slot not permitted in any case in India
