CAT examination is generally based on numerically and mathematical ability.Science related specific question not covered in CAT exam. here I am providing the syllabus of cat exam for you reference Quantitative Ability (QA) / Mathematics:
Arithmetic-
Ratios and Proportion, Ratios, Percentages, Profit
