Before taking final decision for study you should check the cost. As in both the countries funding requirement and cost are different. Both the countries are good for MBA & also with the settlement options, MBA will depend on the various factors such as your % ,GMAT,work exp.but there are univ that can accept without the GMAT & W.E.

Hi,
Both the countries you mentioned are good to pursue MBA, however please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in Australia and Canada you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have:
Good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
