please tell me how to be focused while studying

i am 1st year b.tech student... my teachers think i am very brilliant student who can do very well in academics, but i am not able to do according to there expectation... they say i am not focused on my studies.. please help me

I will suggest you following time table for better results and better concentration:- 1. Wake up in morning by 6.30-7 AM, take bath , have a good breakfast and go to college. 2. In classes, make short notes of whatever your teachers are teaching. Note important definitions, equations, diagrams and

This is something one cannot solve just over advisory column unless you are known to me well and in-depth. I feel you are unable to manage your time and priorities as 24 hours is too less of time for a day with so many things to do. Your focus on studies will be possible if you are able to set fixed
