please tell me that If a private university who runs technical courses require affiliation from UGC and AICTE or not ?
and what is the process of inspection by UGC and AICTE in private university

Yes they must have to take affiliations from either UGC or AICTE. For technical Courses they will have to take affiliation from the AICTE and they will have to take Affiliations from UGE for running the University.
