Please tell me that what is the total fee including all charges during 4 years for B.Tech CSE in VIT?

I am confused about their fee structure and thinking that whether will I should apply or not?

    VITEEE 2018 fee structure specifies about fee to be paid by the candidates at different stages of the admission procedure like fee as per different groups of candidates, tuition fee, admission fee, fee per annum, etc. Visit the link provided below: http://Chennai.vit.ac.in/admissions/ug/feeStructure.
    The fee structure in VIT is divided in 4 categories. For the 1st category, your 4 year fess will be around Rs 11-12 lakhs including mess and hostel.     Hi,
    The tuition fee per annum will be around INR. 1,85,000, and you need to pay additionally if you require transport or hostel facilities. If your rank is good, then this will be the fee but if your rank is more, then you need to pay more based on categories of admission.

    It will cost you around 25 lacs for the whole B.Tech course including the standard hostel.
