The best coaching classes are Bansal classes, Resonance, FIITJEE for IIT-JEE and Career Point, Brilliant tutorials etc for AIEEE.
As far as books are concerned, I would suggest the following
1. physics - HC Verma/ SL Gupta
2. chemistry - OP Agarwal
3. maths - ML Khanna/RD Sharma

There are many Good Coaching institutes , The best Would be the oldest one which is Close to your place and has good track record of results as far as books are Concerned the concerned Faculty will prescribe you as per their teaching , how ever you can take up Brilliants Correspondence Course for II
