Hi, Mass Communication is a holistic term which encompasses Advertising, PR, Journalism, Events etc. Journo and Events are just aspects of the bigger Mass Communication umbrella. So one has to decide whether you wish to study only one aspect or you want an indepth knowledge of several areas.
