A master's degree is an academic degree granted to individuals who have undergone study demonstrating a mastery or high-order overview of a specific field of study or area of professional practice. Within the area studied, graduates are posited to possess advanced knowledge of a specialized body of theoretical and applied topics; high order skills in analysis, critical evaluation or professional application; and the ability to solve complex problems and think rigorously and independently. They are awarded after graduation from university.
Detail of Msc CS Program => The program aims at realizing the following objectives-
To equip postgraduate students with an integrated set of skills that will allow them to develop their professional careers in Information Technology.To equip students with the theoretical and practical knowledge that is necessary to enable them to understand the design of complex computer applications/ scienceThe program also prepares students to embrace future developments in the field and has a demonstrated professional relevanceThe program helps students to acquire the latest skills and build their future capabilities using world-class technology. At the end of this program, the student will possess a strong foundation of computer systems and information technologyDexterity in advanced programming languages; power to build sophisticated software for wide area of applicationsSkills to work with higher end applications in internet technologies; also managerial ability to analyze, design, develop and to maintain software development.
However it would be better to do MCA instead of MSC computer science. Msc CS is a course for the students who have more interest in maths and they wanna learn computers also for future aspect in othr hand MCA is for thos who have more interest in computers and they learn maths as per the requirement in computer professional degree.
Advise: As above mentioned detail Msc CS course have good scope and your future depends on your knowledge you have earned,these days students are choosing MCA mor instead of Msc CS because they get placed in MNC just after completion of their course.
Choosing a course depends on your interested field of study and knowledge. So think and make a wise decision.

MSC mean master of science if you want to do MSC in computers , you read all computer fundamentals, all about gates, basic programming languages , operating system , Management information systems and some others subject
