Please tell me which is the best career option right now- BE in mechanical engineering or B.Tech in food technology?

    In comparison to B.Tech Food Technology B.Tech Mechanical Engineering is a better option because Mechanical Engineering grads has more job opportunities and scope. You can work in Food Technology as a Mechanical Engineer but vice versa is not true.

    BE in mechanical engineering is better in my opinion.

    BE from Mechanical is of course a better option over B Tech from Food Technology without any doubt.
    I must say you something that BE and B.Tech are approximately same with some minor differences but the syllabus are almost same.
