As Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance it would be unfair on my part to give you my personal opinion. However, ICFAI Hyderabad & IMT Ghaziabad is almost at the same level whereas Amity Noida would be considered a 2nd tier Institute.
