I have done NIIT diploma and working in Engg consultancy for 8 ys and now i want to change my profile as IT to HR / Admin as i have done diploma personnel mgmt also. kindly guide me which course shall i do to change my profile from system admin IT to HR/admin .

Try to do MBA/PGDM in HR or Personal Management in Full Tyme Mode (preffered)/part time mode from institute like IISWBM,IIM's, XLRI, Narsi Manji,FMS-Delhi,ISB Hydrabad
