Hi, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is the body which presides over the Company Secretary program.
The minimum educational qualification to apply for a company secretary course is 10+2. The course has three stages which are Foundation, Intermediate and Final. Foundation course

cs is not like a ca programme ..it can even be done by a arts student,although it is highly competitive.
