    In any course (i.e. subject), for being absent up to 15% of classes there would be a deduction of .1 grade point per missed session; and absence in more than 15% of classes and up to 25% of classes will result in loss of .5 grade point; Absence in more than 25% of classes and up to 35% of classes will result in loss of grade point. Absence in more than 50% of classes will require the student to repeat the course when it is next offered; Absence in more than 50% of classes in more than 3 courses during a term would require the student to discontinue and rejoin on the commencement of the same term in the next academic year.
