pls let me know whether exec-mba (2yr) from madras university (corres) has value. im a banker with 17 yrs exp. looking for change in job

i m a banker with 17 yrs exp. presently in sr mgt grade. looking for change in career with pvt and banks abroad. i am only a graduate and want to purse mba exec (2yrs) from madras univ. i find it has only 10 yrs vis a vis normal mba. pls suggest wheter it will be of value to me.
