pls suggest me some btech colleges i cn get....pls see my aieee rank

my aieee rank is 94694 all india general category and 24175 all india obc...7331 delhi and 789 delhi obc...pls suggest me some gud colleges al over idia specially in south india...and also tell how to get them..i am attending aiee counseling but got nothing till now.pls tel me some other method.
