pls tell me about the scope for various branches of engineering. which 'd be the one with high package and/or stability?

i ll join college for Btech course this year. pls tell me which branches 'd be a bad choice and which 'd be good ones . i have no specific interests. also i have got 70.8% in my class 12 exam . which branch is good for job placements if i do mtech from agood college.
