pls tell me about this new rule of aicte

aicte gave a new rule that 50% in PCM necesary for btech.i have 49.99% pcm and 61% aggregate...is this rule fullu applicaple.i heard it is pending in court ..wats its exact status? wil it be aplicable from this session.is there any relaxation for obc categry>>>???? pls tell help me plzzzzzzzzzzzz

Yes you must have 50% or more. A girl must be complete 18 years old, then she can marry, even if it one day less, court says it illegal. Similarly the rule says it must be 50% or more. Not even 0.001 % less. There is no court case pending and we don't expect any favourable response. "Duniya me raast
