Pls tell me i have done my +2 with non medical in 2009 bt after that did private compt. dip.and job .may i apply under SPP for canada

I have done my +2 with non medical with 60% marks and then 2009 to 2011 i did advance computer diploma by a private insitition and did one year job as a data entry operator then i cleared my test of IELTS with 6.5 and each 6.now tell me plzz i am eligble for applying under SPP canada?
