i want to do full time MBA(marketing) but i cannot leave the job i am working in a bpo as CCE.

You have the following options
1. Part-time MBA - It offers evening or weekend classes. Best institutes for the same are FMS, NMIMS, JBIMS etc
2. Distance MBA - It involves self study. Best ones are NMIMS, IMT-CDL, SCDL, SMU-DE etc
3. Online MBA - Many institutes like IIMs, IIFT, XLRI etc offer onli
