Hi, Many colleges offer scholarships to students on the basis of your 12th marks one such university is LPU in Punjab. Then you have to clear the various entrance tests like IIT,AIEEE,UPTEC,Kerala Entrance, Bharti Vidyapeeth etc. every college asks for entrance exam rank you must have it.
