Hi,
Please let us know in detail about your past academic record for better advice, however if you are a graduate in that case pursuing MBA in HR would be the best option for you.
In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleat 50% marks in graduat

U can do certification courses in HR.=if u are 10th or 12th passed.
or u can do MBA in HR.=if u are graduate.
