Hi Priyanka, why don't you pursue a 2 yr PGDM instead. That will be largely beneficial for you as good institutes offering PGDM have excellent job placements. There are in fact many people who even quit their jobs to pursue MBA. From my viewpoint this is the right time for you to better your skills

Hiii Priyanka,dont waste your precious time and money by enrolling yourself into any of diploma courses.Read this very carefully.Go for MBA rather than a year Diploma.Either MBA in HR or Finance.
A sizeable chunk of MBA aspirants specialize in finance these days, as such a specialization paves way

i prefer better than doing a one year course you better go for a mba. it will help you more with your carrier. you need to be standing along with the compatative field, and when you have chances for studying go for the best. so i say instead of diploma's go for regular mba.
