Plzz sggst me smthng, im vry mch cnfusd, im doing GNIIT and Bsc IT from NIIT, as GNIIT is a diploma and Bsc IT is distance, will i gt a job?

Im doing GNIIT from NIIT and Bsc IT from kuvempu university from last year, bt now many people r saying that good companies doesnt gives a value to Distance Bsc IT degree, im totally confused now, plz hlp me out as soon as possible, admisn is going on this year, should i go for a regular graduation?
