Minimum eligibility for admission is HSC with minimum 60% marks in aggregate and 60% marks in PCB/ PCM subjects. Candidates seeking admission in B.Tech courses have to appear for JEE Main/ Amity JEE entrance exam.
Amity JEE entrance exam consists of 4 sections namely General English (15 questions), Physics and Chemistry (25 questions each) and Mathematics/ Biology (25 questions). Four marks would be awarded for each correct answer and one mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
Selection is done on the basis of the merit list of JEE Main/ Amity JEE entrance exam.

No, you can not take admission in Amity JEE without math subject for B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering.

PCM is mandatory to pursue B.Tech in any branch. One option is that you can write your maths exam again from any private board (because it’s easy to clear) or from your present board.

But one must thing is that you’ll have to study mathematics in B.Tech in 4 semesters i.e. up to 2nd year (in every branch) and in CSE, you’ll study discrete mathematics alongside simple maths. Is there any different type of JEE exam for IIST? Is there any difference between IIT JEE exam and IIST JEE exam?

No In IIST there is no seperate JEE exam. For admission IIT JEE entrance examination marks would be considered.
