@||Priya|| thanks, more over if its possible for students they can even visit the institutes personally and talk to the students studying there and take there feedback regarding faculty, placements etc, all this will help them to take decision regarding which institute to join.

If it is in your hands, select the city also carefully.Newspapers site Delhi,MUMBAI,Colcata and Bangalore as the most happening places and may be this also plays a part in deciding upon the future

* Accreditation of the institute.
* Institute's infrastructure.
* Teaching faculty.

Selecting a B-School is not much easier job, every nuke and corner of the city have MBA and B-Schools. We could select B-School by know its performance of faculty guide, feedback from students, a good alumni network and so on. A good alumni network is there then its should possess some good value ov

I would say,the most important thing one should keep in mind while choosing an Institute is the value of that institute in the job market, as that will help you in getting better job placements as well.. I would also suggest to visit the Institute to get the real insight .....

the aspirants should not fall for outward glitter.for deciding on the value of an institution , there is a need for a keen observation..cool drinks and cups of tea do not constitute the credibility of a b-school.
