Pooja i am Army officer retired(31) now doing resettlement course in IIM Indore, but my aim is to do KAS State service what can i do?

should i go for private job and prepare or sit and prepare for the exams i am not able to decide what will be the right way out

first you complete your current course in the stipulated time.you can write state service exam at this stage. Ex-serviceman factor will help you in this regard. Age is not a problem because in state level exam/s, age restriction is more. you choose your subjects wisely ,make a good group if possible
