Possiblity of getting seat, If so den want to know the names of those universities

My B.E average is 67.5% and IELTS score is 6.5, suggest me some universities in Germany by considering my scores so that i should be able to get seat with these scores to do masters in automotive/design/production & manufacturing fields. If not then tell me some other ways to get in Germany only.
