Post graduate certification in HR by XLRI. Does it posses good value in market and abroad?

Hi Rama, Although, XLRI is a well reputed B-School and it programmes definitely gives you value for your money but the Certification programme will hold more value for those students who have good amount of quality work experience say 5 to 8 years and are looking for designation jump, in case your
