Post graduate nonresidential courses in Design?Top Institutes?Placement?

I'm an Assistant manager in BPO industry, however want to seek post graduate nonresidential courses in Design. Can you suggest top Institutes offering such courses (Preferably Interiors/Product/Industrial)?I'd completed BE in Electronics and telecommunications in 2003.Do they also provide Placement?
