Post graduation right after graduation or after work experience?

Should students go for post graduation right after graduation or take some work experience and then do their PG?

Doing PG first and then doing Job will help student to get a platform which will help them to get a proper job with good growth prospect. If some students who have a 4 year graduation can try for a job first and gain a relevant 2-3 years work experience if the student wants to opt for MBA ahead.
