Option (C)

The molar mass of glucose is  180 g mol- . The molarity (M) is given by the formula:

M = c o n c e n t r a t i o n m o l a r m a s s

On substituting the value in the above equation, the mol can be calculated as

M  = 0.90 g L - 1 180 g m o l - 1 = 0.005M
