    Weighted means give us

    ( 4 2 5 + 7 4 0 + 1 4 + 9 2 0 0 )  max. = 63

    ( 3 2 + 3 5 + 5 0 + 9 ) 2 0 0  max. = 63

    max = 6 3 * 2 0 0 1 2 6

    = 100
