    Detailed Solution:

    (c):Let speed of passenger train be x m/s.

    [ ( 6 6 + 8 8 8 . 3 3 + x ) ] = 0 . 1 6 8 * 6 0

    [ 3 0 * 5 1 8 = 8 . 3 3 ]

    x = 6.94 m/sec = 25 kmph.
