Correct Option - 3
Detailed Solution:

612 = 212 * 312. For perfect cubes, power must be multiple of 3.

Therefore, power of 2 equal 20, 23, 26, 29, 212 and power of 3 equals 30, 33, 36, 39, 312 So, number of divisors equal 5* 5 = 25.
