Line L is   x 1 1 = y 2 2 2 = z 0

this line L makes an angle of 45° with the plane  2 x + y z = 1

Required distance PQ is perpendicular distance of plane from P is i.e.,

P Q = | 2 + 7 2 1 | 2 + 1 + 1 = 3
